I have the honour to inform you that I am a consumer of (HP gas) your company. But nowdays i m facing lots of problem . due to always phone line busy i m unable to book my cylinder. it is very tedious work to book by phone
If you give suggestions about online booking through internet that will be helpful to me.

sonal gas agency — no booking confirmation frm firm

sir 2357 is my book no. of sonal gas agency in naththdwara dist.rajsamand sir, hamari 1st problam ye hai ki is gas agensy ke koi bhi phone ye log uthate nahi hai ye log phone disconnect kar dete hai, aur hamari booking do bar kar ke hame sirf ek hi gas sylendar dete dusra vo black me hotel me ya car walo ke sold kar dete hai, me ek chote se town ka rehne wala hu, aur yaha ke log koi compalne nahi karte hai.

My problem Is same as like other. My consumer No.614730. I have sign up with Blue Flame Traders. My problem is that whenever I try to book cylinder. No any response given from this gas Agency. I want to cancel my old e-mail . But problem is create. I can not sign up with new E-mail address. Please solve my problem with regards.

Im a customer of HP from Super gas service, trivandrum, kerala.Myconsumer No 611592, Im booked a refill on15/04/09 they are not deliverd till today.Im also booked a second cylinder on 23/08/07 W/L no 1591, they are not deliverd up till now.

I booked my cylinder by internet on 27.04.09 but cylinder not delivered. My booking no. is 131147 and my customer no. is 600729.
I am facing this problem per month, last month I complained to you because I booked my cylinder 08.04.09 but delivered the cylinder 21.04.09.
Please help me out.

I M harish Jindal from Khanak. I want to inform u that u are not providing Home Delivery facility while u take full payment. When I contact in Tosham Office they said that we can give delivery only there not at home. This problem is not mine only but whole village also. So plz do the best.
