[Resolved]  Hp Gas — Online gas booking information

I booked gas for home delivery on 03.02.2009 but till today on 22.03.2009 not deliver. Whenever I make phone call to their representative, he says today delivered. I am very sorry to say that we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening .My Gas. 660432.

Whenever I make phone call to their representative, he says today delivered. I am very sorry to say that we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening I have double cylinder. Last month only changed my house. I don't know address. I gave wrong address.By mistake is H.No. 5-103/1/13. This is changed H.No.5-103/1/B. Now two cyclinder is completed. So. pls send cyclinder today only. And booking the another cyclinder today only.

I have the honour to inform you that I am a consumer of (HP gas) your company( BATHINDA GAS SERVICE LTD). I am getting good service from you but in this days I am facing problem in the time of booking. It is easy to book gas through BSNL land line.But I have no BSNL land line connection.

sir, i am a hp gas LPG consumer, have big pro blem of gas refilling every month
when i need refill.laxmi ga agency, kurla east, mumbai, never supplys cylinders before 1 month of order. agencys phone is rarely picked up by any one.thier talking to costumer is very rude

from our distributors but now it has become very difficult to get their phone.
It is always busy. In case the gas is booked at 1260 the distributors deny
having received any booking. Online service of MTNL 1260 should inform the consumer by return mail that their booking has been forwarded to the concerned distributor. Please look into it. Regards.
