Hp Gas — non delivery of refill gas cylinder

Dear Sir

Previously I had been lodging complaint regarding our Gas Dealer Kamal Gas Service at Singhalpur Near Shalimar Bagh don't pick the phone No 27470952 but Now when HP has changed the system Now I have booked my cylinder Last Week Now more than 7 days have been passed they have not delivered my cylinder. Agency wale don't pick the phone as usual We can only lodge complaint for refilling at [protected] if we book second time they give new number where the consumer go for lodging the complaint. My consumer no is 644118

Please do the needful the give me the RTI address I will file an RTI on this subject and will demand reply.

Can We hope some relief from your side Why don;t you take action against these Dealers who sell the Cylinder in the open market and don;t deliver in time Consumer has to write on your site. Also circulate number on which general public can lodge the complaint also.

our consumer number is 694286. we have booked our cylinder on 2/6/2011 and still not received the same. services is getting poorer. we request you to deliver at the earliest.
