I had been a consumer of LPG with your dealer M/s Panna Domestic Gas Agency, Jharsuguda, Orissa till February 2007.
My Consumer no was: 607667
Dealer Code: 964700, [e-mail ID: panna.[protected]@hpcl.co.in]
On my job transfer, I surrendered my connection at Jharsuguda and obtained transfer to Kolkata.
Unfortunately at Kolkata I stayed with my relatives and the connection was not renewed there.
Now I am back to Jharsuguda and want to avail the services from the same dealer. But I understand that the transfer order issued to me earlier is no longer valid and I have to obtain a fresh connection.
Unfortunately the charges indicated to me seems much higher than the refundable deposit amount.
In this connection, being an old consumer of HP, I earnestly request you to issue a fresh connection within the same terms and condition as earlier.
A line of confirmation in this aspect will highly be appreciated.

Sir mene Sales Officer se kafi baar complaint ki par wo koi sunwai nahi kar rahe h ya karna nahi chate. to sir aap plz koi strict action le aur aapko koi bhi help chahiye to mujhe contact kare.
