[Resolved]  Hp Gas — Non delivery of cylinder

For the last 1month I am trying to book the cylinder, but everytime I call to the no. i.e. [protected] they say that server is not working so call tomorrow and book the cylinder.
For the past 30 days I am doing the same activity, sometimes they says that booking is done cant give the booking no due to server problem.
It is requested to look into the case on priority basis as it is loosing your goodwill and position in the market.

My consumer no. with HP Gas is 610146 and my gas booking no.265312. (HP Gas), I had booked for refill cylinder on 22/08/2011 till date i had not been delivered the refill cylinder. Despite daily followups on this the agency is deliberately negligent towards its customers.

kindly take the action towards our complaint

Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking
I booked gas for home delivery on12.08.11 but till today 13.09.11 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered.I have also went to dealer shope & make complaint but I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. I have a Gas connection with H.P.gas Agency at Mandla, Madhya Pradesh and My consumer No. 606428 & booked for a cylinder on[protected] and got the reply that it will be delivered in 10 days. Again I personally went to the office to enquire then they told it will be delivered the same day but till today I haven't get the cylinder delivered and I am trying with the phone No[protected] and never connects. This is repeated problem to everyone who have opened a connection in this agency. the owner Mr. Agrwal jee never replays politely. I feel they have excess connections and becoming difficult to deliver the cylinders to all the consumers in time. Kindly see into the matter.

Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking
My Name is S.B. Prasad. I live in Nalasopara (west), Dist. Thane. I booked gas for home delivery on 19.02.2012 but till today 14.03.2012 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. I am having a consumer no. 505389 with Kalka Ji Gas (HP) Pinjore, Distt. Panchkukla and the gas was booked on 28/02/2012 and is still awaited inspite of several visits to the agency. It is noticed that as per agency record the gas was supplied on 29/03/2012 to some other person. Which indicates that some Mal-practice is going on in distribution of gas supply.

You are therefore requested to place investigate the matter and arrange an urgent supply of gas.

I have booked the gas cylinder on 18th may 2012, and 27th may.I have not received the cylinder till the time of writing. I am working person and my weekly off is on Monday. for information to three Monday's have been waiting for the cylinder but i it has not been delivered. I contacted ASU Agency, but they say! they have not received any booking order in my name.

I shall be obliged if the cylinder is delivered to me on the coming Monday i.e 11th June.

HP Gas — refill not received timely

my name is anita goyal, i have one h p gas connection by ashoka agency , sastri nagar ,jaipur, last 10 April12 i have no any refill , not call received by agency not my reffle , my connection is 4 and half years old but totally 21 time agency give my refill delivery , pls give solution.

My consumer no 602088. I have booked my gas cylinder on 7th Sept. 12. I have received following message " your refill will be delivered within next 48 hours" with booking no. 230135 and cash memo no. 136924. Now its been 8 x 48 hours till date I do not understand how many more 48 hours they required. My father owner of this number Mr. Ashok Kumar Mehra visited Sabhawal Gas agency so many time but they are so rude and keep on delaying booking delivery. They gave us some kind of form we filled it and deposit it 7 -8 days ago everyone near to my place receiving there refills even they booked there refills 2 - 3 ago only we are still waiting they are not giving any exact reason. Kindly take necessary action against them ASAP.

Dear sir,

I am customer (Jay Singh) of HP gas, I have booked the cylinder in approx mid of Feb. 2015 my consumer no is 512280 through phone ( HP any time) (Agency Kalka je Gas agency pinjore haryana Ph. No. [protected]), up to today no cylinder receive.The agency phone is either not working or continuously busy or not respond . Kalka je Gas agency pinjore haryana maintain that home delivery facility but maximum time follow up by me and requested to delivery person please give the cylinder at home and i am personally and tellphonically discussed the delivery person (sandeep, manoj) but that person not give any response .please look no that because with out gas nothing possible
