Hp Gas — Transfer request unprocessed

Hi,

I need to transfer my gas connection from Bangalore HP agency to Hyderabad Gachibowli HP gas agency.The Gachibowli gas agency[protected] says their internet connection was not working for accepting the transfer, this was same from past 2 weeks onwards.
Now when I go again to submit the transfer papers, he says BSNL cable is disconnected and the transfer cannot be processed. They are not even sure when they can process the request.
Request to look into this Gachibowli issue. The HP gas authorities need to make necessary alternatives in these cases. It was the minimal responsibility of the HP authorities to ensure that every thing goes in a good progress.
