[Resolved] Hp Gas — late delivery, sale of booked cylinder in black, no proper response in distributors office even on phone | |||
I have a HP gas connection with MANJU distributors sheshadri road, bangalore with consumer number 608319.... I had booked for a refill on 17 febrauary 2012 against which bill was issued on 9 march 2012. I had not received any cylinder after that. On approaching the distributors office i was informed that the cylinder had been dispatched from the office.. I waited for another 2 days but nothing happened... On 14 march I had been to the office again and gave a written complaint and was assured of receiving the cylinder by evening. but till date i have not received it. Today i.e 16 march at 1.30 pm I found out that the cylinder booked for me was sold in black to someone else. On arguing with the officials they handed me a cylinder without seal and without a bill copy. I had no options other than taking the cylinder as i was out of lpg gas. I had also found that the officials keep the receiver of the phone aside so that the line comes busy. Kindly look into this matter and help the consumers in getting proper service and attention....
