[Resolved]  HP Gas (Vasai Bazar Gas Service Virar West) — gas booking

I book my gas cylinder on 27/04/09 but yet not received the same. and when i call in office they are in so hurry that they can't listen your comments and said to visit in office.
Can we visit in hp office instead we work in our office, and then only they give the so called response, is this is correct? That we stop our job work and attend the Gas office for the Gas cylinder. then why the customer care no is given to customer, if we visit every time to hp office.

My gas cylinder is empty today, please respond me and please arrange to send the cylinder today itself.

I booking my gas cylinder every after 2 months . whenever i have booked my gas cylinder they told to give us after 1 months, even i m booking every after 2 months. they not receiving our complaints and when i call in office they are in so hurry that they can't listen our comments and said to visit in office.

I have booked my gas on 27th Aug & have not yet received it & its always the same whether i book it early or late i dont receive it on time . Why have you provided the Telephones to the Agency when there is no use of it its always busy no proper respone your employees just put the call beside the receiver without ansering the call i always have to visit personally to the office for the booking why it so & why have you kept servants to work . when they are not eligible to work they are just to enjoy there time & come for time pass u people pay them for the same no proper way of talking to customer please give me a quick reply for my compliant i m the employee of HPCL & i could take this matter to my higher authurity which could take you to the big propblem & if the agent is inefficet for his customer Service than please close the agency & do the time as your employees do its very fasterating to visit the office & see the faces of shame less people i just hate to do so i request you to kindly solve my problem & teach your employee how to handle customers how to talk how to reply & specially pick up each & every call not to keep it beside

I have booked my gas on 2nd Jan 2012 have not yet received it they had informed me that will receive the gas within 10 days but it past 14 days and still have not receive & its always the same whether i book it early or late i dont receive it on time .
