[Resolved] HP / HP Pavilion DV9734TX — Customer support is trying to misguide and take advantage of my null knowledge about their system | |||
I have an hp pavilion dv9734tx Entertainment PC, the hinges and the plastic bezel assembly of its LCD is broken that I can't use it without setting a proper support for it, and I need to carry it for my works often, I called hp customer care for the solution but instead of replacing the wrecked parts they said whole LCD has to be replaced which costs 32,000 Rs. they also said that these parts are not available because the company doesn't make them anymore, I searched online and found that hp is still making those parts, and when I called to a customer support on phone and asked about the parts availability at here so I got a positive response, they said these parts are available, now when I call the service center, I am not getting a proper response, and if i don't manage to change the parts I will loose the LCD also, and that is not making me feel good, so I am planning to go to consumer court, I am very disappointed by the way these so called customer care facilities rob many o[censored]s thinking that we can't get proper information about our problem, if you people can help me out with my problem I will be really thankful to you, hp really sucks (pardon my language) they not only sell bad products but they also don't have an even up to the mark costumer support. HP — Misguidance By HP
Dear Sir/Madam,I have been using you printers from last 15 years, starting with HP Laserjet IIIp (PCL 5), then HP Laserjet 2100m and with increasing workload I bought a new Laserjet P2055D (serial number CNCJF36360) last week.
If you observe all my previous printers supported postscript facility with dots printing (screen frequency) which is the basic requirement of my business, since I own a publication and a printing pre-press.
The said new printer was approved after consulting your representative Mr. Ashley online and the same was purchased last week. All the requirements were briefed to your representative. But to our dismay the said printer didn’t support the said requirement.
I called up your customer service center for the same and they provided me with a link to download PS driver which was installed on my system.
Even after all this harrowing process which also includes multiple calls to your service center, the printer is not able to fulfill my requirement even after a whole week of all efforts.
After one week I have started realizing that I have been misguided by your representative and the same is not expected from a reputed organization like yours.
Since the said printer is of no use to me (the complaint was registered for the same on 15th Jan attended by Ms. Pruthvi) can somebody responsible from your end attend to my call and guide what should be done?
At this juncture I feel the said printer be replaced with the one that supports my needs and I am willing to pay the difference amount for the same.
Awaiting a favorable response from your end at the earliest.
