HP India — defective product | |||
1. I purchased a brand new HP laptop on 14 Nov 2012. 2. On 05 Dec it developed a fault, due to a cooling fan. 3. Complaint registered on 05 Dec with HP consumer care. Case ID - [protected]. Case referred to Simptech Computronics Pvt Ltd Pune, who have not responded at all. 4. Till date no action taken, No replacement has been provided for the defective laptop neither has any corrective action been taken. Was this information helpful? | |||
