HP India — not getting windows 7 tool kit

sir, i had buy an HP laptop on sept 24 09 and i eligible for getting window7 tool kit.I applied for the same and send all the required documents.I call them several times but they said your request is under process but now that number is also not available and i am not getting any response.So i request you take action against my problem.
