[Resolved]  Hp Laptop — HP Pavilion TX1003AU Laptop serial no. CNF7090BBG repair

1. I have purchased above said laptop on 25/04/2009 from Computer Network, Ranchi (Jharkhand) vide their invoice no. 1615.
2. It is very sad to say that from the day I have purchased the laptop it was very unsatisfactory so many hardware parts have been changed by their engineer. Sometimes while working with the laptop, it gets automatically switched off and again restarts itself, etc. Also the laptop gets unexpectedly slow many a times.
3. I have got the laptop repaired several times and still the problem could not rectified. I feel so that this laptop is an headache for me.
4. I have purchased care pack also with an HP CARE PACK SERIAL NO. G05UIN5EEC72 - with an expiry date on 11.05.2010.
5. Once again I have given the laptop for repairs on 16.12.08 at Digital Care Pvt. Limited which is a HP Support Service Center vide their job card no. 7906 (CASE ID: [protected])
6. Even after more than a month the laptop has not been repaired till date. Each time I call up the engineers express their inability stating that spare part is not available.
7. I have mailed the issue to Mr. Debasis Maity (Eastern Region Account Manager) as advised by support center staff, but till date no response has been made from him.
8. I also talked to Mr. Deepak (Service Manager) at Kolkata who has advised me to mail at in.[protected]@hp.com.
9. I mailed my complaint at in.[protected]@hp.com but no response has been made from them either.

The laptop is lying at your service center for more than a month now and my entire work has come to a standstill because I am unable to access the data critical to my work. This lack o[censored]rgency shown by HP has made me subject to loss.

HP Laptop — Non delivery of promised Titan gift voucher after the purchase of the laptop

I purchased a G62 notebook from HP in the first week of Januray. HP was giving a Titan voucher worth Rs 3000 with the purchase of HP notebooks. As per the instructions I registered my product online and within the stipulated date sent scanned copies of product code and Invoice through the email address given to me after registration. But after repeated queries also I did not hear anything from them for two months as I sent my scanned documents on 14th January 2011. In the last week of March after an email I just received a single sentence reply that my claim rejected due to non receipt of documents. I relied by showing them the proof of my sending the needed documents but again got the same single sentence reply. I tried calling them also but nno one seemed to pick up the phone. I never expected a reputed brand like HP doing such a thing. The Voucher is not that important but trust is and I have lost trust in HP.

Hp/ Laptop hp Pavilion dv4 — Not provide the services

Dear Sir ,
I am Hari Prakash Nagar , purchase hp laptop ( hp pavallion dv4 entertaintment PC) on july 2010 from Uttam traders Dhantoli Nagpur,with original bill and lifetime licence version of window 7 home premium but at this time this system's recovery has been corrupted , and I have called to hp customer care services but they told me that this product was not launched in India and company not provide any technical support to you. but I want technical support to resolve this problem, and after discuss this problem with hp service station I told all this situation to Uttam traders but he says that company says this type of statement to all customers with tendency of not providing the services ,

My laptop is not working now and i contacted HP online chat service and they says I have problem with OS and I will have to re-install, new product, will all original software, regular updates and with antivirus. How is this possible?

As i'm having Pavilion dv6 laptop with me, i have parchase on this year on 8/2/2011.this is in warranty after my laptop harddisk damage, i went to hp service center for change this they change hard disk but the big problem is that first my harddisk was 320gb and now they change into 300 gb.they doesnot instaled genuine window and all my hp program not instaled.they does not gave any genuine reason please solve my problem and issued recovery disk as soon as possible. my laptop soon is.no. CNF0503272 and model is DV-6-3211 TU if my problem will be not solve.i will go consumer court

I HAVE PARCHASED A HP PAVILION LAPTOP DV-6-3211 TU ON 8/2 2011.AFTER FEW MONTHS ALL PROMGRAM NOT RESPONDING AND SPEED OF MY LAPTOP DECREASED.HP SERVICE CENTER ASSISTANT CHANGE MY HARD DISK CHANGEED. HP Laptop — harddisk and os problem

i have purchased HP laptop in july 2010
laptop harddisk show error--- HDD error(303)
model no wz500PA
product no dv6 - 3043TX

my laptop is out of warrenty period..
i replaced hard disk, service center kept my corrupted hard disk with them and give me new hard disk with payment of 78500 rs.
Now my recovery disk of windows 7 also got damaged so i want original copies of DVD of windows 7 OS.

i called Hp customer care service as my laptop which i recently purchased is not working well.
Instead of listening to laptop problems , he cut the call.
I think company authorities should come for help instead of cutting call. I purchased it a month ago and its not working well , so quiet a problem for me.

I have purchased product 'hp pavillion dv6 3050tx' on 10th october 2010 . My warranty has been expired on 22nd november 2011. during the warranty period a crack appeared on the base twice for which i got replacement on both occasions from pune service centre. But after expiring warranty period again same problem appeared and this time the damage is extended on back end corner off my laptop and it has been split out and same problem appeared over backlid strip. As this problem is consistent and appearing from begining its clearly a maufacturing fault.so pune service centre suggested me to write a complaint on this link and claim for replacement of base cover of my laptop. I am in a strong need of replacement of base cover of my laptop. so please give me a quick feedback and strongly expecting a positive outcome from my complaint...
