[Resolved]  Hp Laptop — HP Pavilion TX1003AU Laptop serial no. CNF7090BBG repair

1. I have purchased above said laptop on 25/04/2009 from Computer Network, Ranchi (Jharkhand) vide their invoice no. 1615.
2. It is very sad to say that from the day I have purchased the laptop it was very unsatisfactory so many hardware parts have been changed by their engineer. Sometimes while working with the laptop, it gets automatically switched off and again restarts itself, etc. Also the laptop gets unexpectedly slow many a times.
3. I have got the laptop repaired several times and still the problem could not rectified. I feel so that this laptop is an headache for me.
4. I have purchased care pack also with an HP CARE PACK SERIAL NO. G05UIN5EEC72 - with an expiry date on 11.05.2010.
5. Once again I have given the laptop for repairs on 16.12.08 at Digital Care Pvt. Limited which is a HP Support Service Center vide their job card no. 7906 (CASE ID: [protected])
6. Even after more than a month the laptop has not been repaired till date. Each time I call up the engineers express their inability stating that spare part is not available.
7. I have mailed the issue to Mr. Debasis Maity (Eastern Region Account Manager) as advised by support center staff, but till date no response has been made from him.
8. I also talked to Mr. Deepak (Service Manager) at Kolkata who has advised me to mail at in.[protected]@hp.com.
9. I mailed my complaint at in.[protected]@hp.com but no response has been made from them either.

The laptop is lying at your service center for more than a month now and my entire work has come to a standstill because I am unable to access the data critical to my work. This lack o[censored]rgency shown by HP has made me subject to loss.

HP Laptop — still not receiving warranty card

i have purchased a hp laptop before 3 months ago after purchasing within 10 days i send my id proof to company for warranty purpose but still i am not receiving any warranty cards and i have called to the dealer twice but no response was there they told me that your detail were registered and within 10 days you can receive your card but still now i have not received any cards
I have envy x2 its battery is becoming low very faster

dongle inside the port and 1 error from 633.

when i log into laptop it showing error,
i had HP pavilion g6 2304tx. its wifi is not working properly. its disconnects automatically and it shows limited. don't know how to deal with it.

i have hp pavilion notebook.The laptop is working fine till the charger is connected and once i remove the charger it is shut down.
I have filed a complaint in the hp customer care since a week and no action has been taken yet. I have performed the battery check also as they had told me and sent the snapshots of the same. I have also shown it in the service centre.

I bought my Laptop last month from Croma its Window 8 and im facing a lot of problem in it.My keyboard are not working properly my CPU usage goes upto 94 95 % after that my Laptop gets hang. my Laptop is in Warranty period so no HP authorize center is ready to repair it im trying HP customer service number ie. 'BASE COVER DAMAGE'
This is an importanat information to all the customers of hp laptops who are suffering from " BASE COVER DAMAGE" problem on continous basis.
I purchased hp dv-6 3050 tx laptop from ' baba computers pune' in oct 2010 priced @rs60000..suddenly after 6 months i saw the base cover of my laptop is dameged without any physical damage bye handling or accident, so i went to hp service center, beacuse the laptop was in warranty they replaced the base cover of my laptop. After 11 months same problem appeared and was resolved in the same way.
The base cover of laptop got damaged for 3 rd time when laptop was around 13-14 months old, but at that time laptop was out of warrenty and hp refused to give me free replacement of base cover, becuase o[censored]rgency o[censored]sing the laptop i had to spend 'rs 7000' to hp for replacing base cover... even though i said them that its a manufacturing fault but they diddnt entertained me at all..After that each time while openeing the laptop i used to have hell lot of fear that weather my laptop will break again or survive.
The laptop is also suffering from overheating problem...
I was a loyal brand follower of hp till the date i sufferd from thease things ...
Recently i went to a private engineer, who runs a cyber cafe and laptop repairing buisness he said to me that if you want to get rid of this problem there is one way . There is one 'liquid solution' which we have to paste inside the joint which connects laptop display screen and
remaining laptop body...It takes 2 days to dry the pasted solution on laptop, after this method, the laptop will not get broken from joints and nearby base cover body ..
I was little releaved when i heard this . Hp staff didnt even suggeste me this kind of thing...how shame on them.
I am about to submitt my laptop to him very soon...The total cost of all this process is 'rs 300' only which includes basic laptop servicing also
To all the cutomers who are suffering from the same problem as of mine, You all must contact any skilled and experienced engineer near your city or location who runs a laptop repairing buisness and ask him about this kind of issues...
And if any one of your friends or dear person is about to purchase a new laptop, please make them aware of this kind of problem that hp laptop gives, And suggest them to go for 'ASUS' laptop range . they are so reliable and have high performances at about same or less prices compared to hp or dell is offering..

I have purchased a hp laptop from jail road (new Delhi )of which power backup is 4 hours as said by your hp manager. But I am sad to say that it stays only for 2-2.5 hours only.It is so bad that your power backup is no such long as said by your manager.
