[Resolved]  Hp Laptop — Non Receipt of Gift Pack and other documents

I have purchased HP Laptop pavilion 2229 on 3/8/2013 from M/S Tech Terrminal-2 Chandigarh vide his Bill No 927 dated 3/8/13. There was a gift pack for Rs 1000 for which I have opted for music boxes and all documents in connection with above gift pack were sent to HP Redemption Cell New Delhi vide RP No[protected] IN dated 6/8/2013 but the said pack and other documents has not received to me till date. I have already submitted complaint on 5/9/13 and 5/10/13 respectively. Further my laptop details are as under Redemption Code - 6409358 Product Serrial No 5CD3204W0R. I have also received a message on 13/9/13 on my Mob No [protected] that gift pack will be dispatched within 20 days, but the same not received to me till date. Virender Mohan Mob No [protected]
