[Resolved] Hp Laptop — not giving gift voucher free with laptop

i bought hp laptop and submitted all neccessary documents to redeem my free gift voucher[ redemption code 2122152]

but they are not even responding to my mails, its more than 1 month i have spent waiting.
suggest me what to do or should i go to consumer court

I purchased one HP Compaq CQ56 LAPTOP on 3rd Nov. 2010, after registration on the HP site i sent all required scanned document to HP on 4th Nov 2010 for redemption of my free gift, while the offer period was from 8th oct to Nov 2010,
