I purchased a laptop (HP-430) from my college side (United World school of business, Gurgaon). Everytime I am facing same issue with the display. When I did 1st complaint, HP engineer resolved the issue. But within a week of service, I faced again same issue. Now in the second complaint, HP engineer replaced mother board, again issue resolved. But again within a week of complaint, I faced same problem. Now this time your engineer replaced RAM. Again the issue resolved. Till this point, laptop is under warranty. I told to engineer, this issue has not been resolved but he ignored. Now again, I m facing same problem with display.
I fed up with the company's product and service.
Engineers are not skilled and not ready to solve the problem. Even their behavior is not up to the mark. Nobody is reliable.
