I BOUGHT A LAP TO IN LAST WEEK OF OCT.08 ON PROMOTION OFFER.HERE I AM LOOKING FOR SITE FOR REGISTERING FOR PROMOTION GIFT BUT NO SITE AVAILABLE FOR PRODUCT HP PAVILLION 2910TX.

I bought HP laptop in authorized store in Ranchi, They told me HP giving u a attractive offer like(Phillips Home Theater or Digital Camera) to full fill a online form and to pay a DD of rs 1000 approx.But, in HP site no (Promotion) Links are there.

I had purchased a HP laptop on22.01.2009 and the retailer (ConcordeComputers) told us that we will recieve a 8.2 MegaPixel Digital camera after paying a cheque or DD worth Rs.1299 . I had sent the DD on 28.01.09 but it was returned back to us with the note that name was wrong, we have corrected the same DD and sent it back on 28.02.2009. We have to get the camera still..Kindly do the needful.

HP/HP MINI NOTEBOOK — Regarding Promotional Gift

I purchased a HP MINI NOTEBOOK on the date of 06/02/2009. At that time company promised me that they will give a KODAK 9.2 MEGA PIXEL CAMARA (with handling charges Rs. 1299 applicable)with every purchase of HP mini Notebook. They charged extra 1299/ amount for gift handling charge and for processing charges .I made a payment through DD in favour of “Solution Integrated Marketing”.I submitted DD to HP company on date 07/02/2009″ along with all required documents for my promotional gift.At the time of purchase of Notebook HP assured us that please allow 6 weeks time after receiving the required documents at HP redemption process and we will send your gift.But this is unfortunate for us that we trust on this brand, because till date i did’n receive my gift KODAC 9.2 MEGA PIXEL CAMARA .I already paid the amount of handling charge for my gift.Every time on the query regarding gift, company always making a request for give some more time, They are not give us a proper reasson for delaying of my gift.So i am requesting u to please help me on this metter. I already registered my complain on Consumer Forum on Date 23 May 2009.My complain register reference no. on consumer forum is CCHSAP211575.But till date i am not receive any proper result from your side.So i am requesting you to please look into this metter and take some immedieate action on this metter, i am waiting for your action against HP Company.
