I had purchased a laptop HP pavillion dv6-6tt5tx notebook about eight month before. After buying the product continuously damage the product parts one by one. I have complain more than eight times in eight month. Now i need the complete replacement of the product, but the HP service provider don't want to replace the whole product, rather they want to replace the product parts one by one. Still now there are three parts are damage. So can anyone tell me about how to complain in consumer forum , I need the procedure and what is its costs.Thank you . Was this information helpful? |
