hp 1020+LJ Printer — not attending the faulty printer

Dear Sir / Madam,
We have purchased HP printer Laser jet 1020 plus on 12.05.2012 at Micro System, Gandhipuram, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. Bill No. 1166, Printer Serial No. CNCFY 39321.
We have complained you about the margin alignment. forward the printer to your Service Centre Redington India Limited, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. Work order No. CB/12/04307 on 5 days before. It was return to us on 26.11.2012 with a confirmation of the registered complaint was rectified. But still now the problem was not rectified. We have purchased the printer before 6 months only. but 2 times the same problem was arrived. When we approach the concern person they told if it is the major problem means we can replace the new printer. But now they told if we change the board the problem will be solved.
