HP LPG Gas - No additional cylinder provided yet

As my HP Gas Consumer No. is 613724
And Distributer's Name ABM HP Gas Services : 100 T.N.MUKHERJEE ROAD, MANIKTALA MORE, MAKHLA UTTARPARA MANIKTALA MORE
Makhla, Hooghly, West Bengal, Pincode : 712245

I had got HP gas connection Approx 2 years back, but still no additional cylinder provided. Whenever I ask, they will tell after 3/5 months. The same answer is given after that also. When we book a cylinder for refill it will be delivered after 15 or 20 days. No control over it. But they are giving only ane answer no details received from online booking.

still i am waiting for second cylinder and this distributer doing nothing for consumer.
