Hp — No customer service in guarantee period

I am a bba student in pune,i had purchased 1 hp pavillion laptop 3 months ago,a week before laptop started non functioning,applications were not working and it is overheating,i purchased it at 37500 ,but after my complain there is no strong reply from company,i suffered a lot due to hp i hvnt completed my work who wil pay for it..my coplain id in hp was [protected]..pleast give me justice because 37500 is big deal for ne
