i bought hp laptop at diwali offer2012, offer was send a DD Rs/2499 in their given address they gift a nikon 16Mp camera in 15 days. i complete given process and send DD at given address.now 2month over they not gift me camera.i have complained 3 time at their email site and coustomer care but they not responce me. plz help me sir. i hope you will solve my complain. thank you. product details are: serial no: 5cd2311ptb product no: b9k61pa#acj model no: g6 2132tx. hp redemption — no delivery of redemption gift
I applied for claim of gift of motorola q8 moble phone to HP Redemption cell on purchase of HP317 Lap top.My redemption code is ZF9P4BJ9YW. I dispacthed all supporting documents including a DD No. 125630 Rs. 3, 999/- on[protected]more than 2 months). but i could not receive any acknowledgement nor gift or any other information till date.
I request to take the action accordingly and inform me immidiately on my mobile or email.
