i have bought HP care pack from ARM Infoserve India (P) Ltd on 28/02/2011 and that time my printer was under warranty till 3/4/2011 their agent Mr. Krishna Rai send me copy of bill on my Mail iD but till today i.e 25/04/2011 mere ko abhi tk documents nahi aay kabhi vo kehta hai ki update nahi hua or kabhi kheta hai ki post nahi ho rahi so tell me what can i do
