Dear Sir/Madam,
Being aggrieved and severe disappointed with qualified dishearten, I Sri Partha Sarathi Patra, would like to disclose my discontentment regarding purchase of a defective Printer ( HP Photosmart C4688, Serial No.- CN05PH91WW, Product No.- Q8418D, which is under warranty, when I visit your authorized Service Centre, Redington India Ltd, P-89, CIT Road, Entally, Paddapukur , Kolkata – 700 014. Dated 25/10/2011, Equipment Service Request No. ININ[protected] and slavery like behavior of staff engaged in Kolkata service Centre Redington India Ltd, your authorized service provider.
When I facing the problem ( a error code C4EB8802 shown on the control panel when I power on the printer). I contacted your specialist technician Mr. S. Samuel through online ( whose activate ID[protected] dated 21/10/2011. He heard my problem and says it is a hardware problem. He checked the serial no. of that printer and he told me to visit the nearest Service Centre as because it is in warranty.

After that the dated 25/10/2011 I visit your service centre at Kolkata. When I visit your Service Centre there are a Security Guard who enlisted my name and where from I visit the Centre in his Register Book ( which serial No. is 29) and give me a token No. -8. After 1 hour a man look like a cheater in that printer. He receive my printer and entered the service room for checking the problem and he told me to wait in the waiting room for a few times. After 5 minutes he called me again and says its warranty is void. I ask him what and why the warranty is void. He says “You try to repair it by some one look like a technician).”
I told him, assure him that I did not try to repair the printer by some one as because it is in warranty.
Sir, I visit your service Centre and seen that they already busy to repair that printer which is out of warranty because they get a huge money to repair the printer. I think that when he checked my printer he pull out a parts from my printer and replace it that printer which is out of warranty and wherefrom he get huge money.

I the valued customer ( a world no. 1 famous company HP) serviced by your service provider with a nasty manner.
I visited your service Centre at Kolkata for swallow cold reception, like convict and I returned to my home with a view and come into a conclusion that HP Printer either a bad product or your Service Provider is a witch or Wizard.
I also known that a reputed product pasted a sticker “Warranty void if seal is broken”, but it was unknown to me when he received that printer why he not checked that seal in front of me. Do you assure me it is cheating Case or not ? Do you assure me your Service provider is not a Cheater ? Do you assure me a customer whose product is in warrany can checked and try to repair by some one ?

Painfully I write to inform you that I became astonished, such a reputed and with a great expectation of owing a world famous trouble free product did not satisfy at all. My choice of purchase any printer in future will shift from another branded Company and I shall have to inform my friend circles not to purchase HP product in henceforth.

However my experience in brief disclosed. Don’t mind and awaiting your early or prompt initiation in this regard.

    Sir,
    I have been facing a lot of problems with my HP laptop. I got this high configuration HP pavilion DV6 3123 TX system in January 2011. It has been giving me a lot of problems since June itself. I have made 100s of calls to HP. But i have got no solution to my problems. After spending Rs 52,000 I have got this laptop which does not work fine at all.
    To name a few,it has problems with-
    1. The wi-fi card.
    2. the HP webcam
    3. the optical Drive
    4. The USB ports
    5. The blacking out of the screen
    6. over-heating of the laptop
    7. hanging of the system

    Whenever I try and contact a personwho is handling my case, I am not able to reach him at all. the excuses i get every time are either they are on lunch, or on a leave or busy on some other call. When i tell the customer care representative to please tell the superior whi is handling my call me back, i everytime get an assurance that he would b ut he never does.
    Attached is the email I sent to hp just a few minutes ago after again trying to contact Mr. Rajiv Singh who is handling my case and was yet again unable to reach him.
    please address to my grievance and help me find a solution to the problem as soon as possible.

    Sir,

    I got a laptop of HP Pavilion DV6, 3123 TX on the 26th of January 2011. For 3 months, the laptop worked fine without any problems.
    However, come June, I started to experience an issue with the speakers of my laptop. The speakers did not give any external sound. I complained, and within 3 days, my speakers were replaced. But unfortunately, the problem was not sorted out then. For 2 months, I kept calling HP. Everytime, I used to get the same response that my speakers would be replaced. They were replaced about 4 times when it became clear the second time itself that the speakers not working was not an issue regarding the speakers themselves and something else. Then my case was escalated. Mr. Sarabjeet Singh first handled the case. During that time, issues with the wi-fi card, the web-cam, overheating of the laptop, High quality videos not playing fine, the screen blacking out, the optical drive of the laptop, 2 USB ports, softwares crashing also sprung up. After speaking with him once, I never spoke to him again. Because he was always busy on other calls or on a leave or having lunch.Then Mr. Sapthagiri handled the case. Same problem happened with him. Now after having made at least 15 calls to HP and convincing at least 5 customer care representatives and Mr. Vijay Kumar(head of HP service center, Okhla, Delhi), that the issue was not with speakers but with something else, finally my motherboard was replaced.
    It solved the problems with the speakers, but not with anything else.
    After again calling, an engineer was sent to my place to reinstall the OS. however, The OS would not reinstall. 3 CDs of the OS were sent by HP. None worked. Again a fourth CD was being sent, when I requested for the umpteenth time that the issue would not be with the CD.
    Finally, a request was made to me by Mr. Vijay Kumar to send the laptop to the service center, which would be sent back after 2 days. The laptop was sent after 2 weeks. The same problems however persisted. Again, the case was escalated.
    Now, there is an issue with nearly each and every part of the laptop and forget anything else, ever normal internet usage is not possible. While typing this email itself, and no other application was open and external device was connected, the CPU usage was nearly 70% and the fan was working at top speed.
    Now, when I was looking for a solution, I came to hear that a new case has been generated.
    I am a student of B.Tech fourth year. I have to make my projects and presentations. This laptop has made it nearly impossible for me to do my work and it could not be explained how much my work has suffered because of it.
    Now sir, I am not going to deal with HP anymore. If you can please return me my money back of this laptop, Please do so. If not, I would be left with no option but to go to the consumer court.
    When i try to speak with you as well, the same, you are busy as well and " not able to receive the call".
    I hope I do receive a call from you with some viable solution today itself. If I do, fine. If not, Tomorrow itself I am filing a case against HP.

      I enquired through your toll free number about my requirement of M1005 (Multifunction) a few days back, it is told me that it is available at Rs.11349. But when i visited to HP dealers in Ludhiana for the same no one was ready to sell it to me below Rs. 12200.

      Please provide me the names of the dealers from whom i can get that model at MRP. i 'll be very thankful to you.

      i have purchase hp pavillion dv6-6154tx having registration no 4635653 on 27 mar 2012.at that time there was an offer of 2 -year extended warranty in which the demand draft of 1133/-has to be sent to hp centre.the name of offer was 'peace of mind'.
      i have sent the demand draft along with document required but i have not get any information about the warrwnty .

      i therefore request u to please sent me mail about the warranty of my laptop .

        Sir,
        I have a Laptop of HP company .Which was in under warranty and my screen of laptop is not working properly when I ask them to repair it so they asking a amount of money so how i can buy a new part of that faulty laptop but I request them please dont repair my laptop when I gave you the whole amount of money which is equal to the cost of new . then they saying we are not repairing we are replacing that one. when i ask the old part of my laptop then they are saying we cant gave you back ......

        "My question is "-----When I gave him a whole amount of money why they are not giving back my older faulty part of my laptop."

          I have to buy H.P. Desktop in July 2008 at C&S Solution Private Ltd Visakhapatnam ( [protected] ) I am using only single hand, In total 1095 days using only 45-50 hours, one month back one problem occurred in monitor the center of screen one thin line I have seen, now the line is widen discuss with service center he told me your monitor has failed.( Scrap ) What can I do please let me know salutation.

            I need your help. I had recently purchased an HP Pavilion notebook.Within 6 months from its purchase date, the laptop stopped functioning and it turned out to be a hard disk error. I was told the hard disk and the fan will be replaced and that I will be sent some recovery DVD's to install the operating system. The hard disk and the fan got replaced alright, but after 7 days of wait, i received wrong recovery DVDs. Then again the order had to be placed for the correct versions, causing further delinquency. And yet again after 20 days of total delay I again received the wrong DVDs'. This case was then transfered to Intarvo HP service center Gurgaon. After much wait and delay they did send their engineers who tried to install the operating system using the second set of DVDs' but failed in doing so, which they then themselves confirmed were the wrong set of recovery DVDs'. (One of the engineer's also agreed that a lot of time has been wasted on this case, and that they should have taken care of it earlier)They then took my laptop to their service center for further investigation. I'm surprised that in spite of having the laptop ( that gives you all the info that an engineer needs) ,they were not able to find out the exact reason as to why they are not able to install the operating system!

            Not just this they again placed the order for the third time and after more 7 days of delay, their engineer finally took out the time to install the software, but was not able to do so again, due to some error. It turned out, they sent the wrong recovery DVDs' again! (for the 3rd time, total time span - its been over a month)

            Then this specific engineer took the effort to reach out to their bangalore service center and give them the feedback. He said that "They have now decided to elevate the case, This will take maximum 4 days, and we will be able to solve your problem". Today i.e on 13th Oct 2011, I called up the manager of this Intarvo branch and he asked for some cutomer ID when i tried to express my anguish,( I was obviously not provided with any consumer ID) when I said i dont have a consumer ID, he bluntly quoted "Then I can't help u , sorry"! and disconnected the call!

            This is the way how HP treats its customers inspite of being under the warranty period. I regret the day I bought this HP product. I have gone through so much of trouble because of their unprofessionalism.They are least bothered to hear you out, they have a very bad way of handling cases , they have no respect for consumer's time and money, they impart wrong information most of the time. They like to procrastinate, and are not concerned about the customer. They behave in a rash, disrespectful, and in a very rude manner which is simply unacceptable! I had to write in constant e-mails and had to personally follow up with their service center in banagalore, cause otherwise they were leased bothered.

            The delay, imparting of wrong information, not imparting the entire information all as been caused from their end and I'm bearing the brunt. I have been very patient until now.... but that has just not helped me at all.. There has been procrastination and my case has not been handled well. I have an exam for which I need my laptop to study, and here I am with a laptop that does not have an operating system!

              i am feeling very bad in informing you that you are the biggest CHEATER in laptops manufacturer.i bought my laptop 11 months ago.it is continously giving problems due to manufacturing error.after one month of purchase its hing got break due to internal defect.then 2 months ago its speaker got fail.then i submit my laptop at INTARVO TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED,PATIALA.after 4th day of speaker claim it again got fail.then i submit a complaint on www.consumercomplaints.in .then i recived phone calls twice and they promise me to solve my problem but they didnt take any action.today,when i go to intarvo limited,patiala they said 'sorry!we cant change your speaker under warranty as VLC player is installed'.i want to know is it a right way to deal with customer????this is not the way .i want your immedieate response i=on my this complaint.i hope i will recieve a call very soon otherwise it would not be good for hp laptop repotation as i have to submit a case against HP LAPTOPS for this kind of customer care.

              HP — Warranty Claim

              In warranty Period My Printer With Serial no CN01EBM1BC ,MODEL:HP K209 HAVING SOME PROBLEM SO I AM WENT TO THE HP AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER AND GIVEN MY PRINTER WITH CASE NO:ININ[protected] ON 27/09/10 AT THE TIME OF TAKING PRINTER THEY SAID THAT IT WILL COME IN FOUR DAYS STILL NOW 04/10/2010 I DIDN'T GET IT WHEN I CALL THEM THEY WERE SAYING PRINTER IS IN OPEN STATUS iT WILL TAKE 7-10 DAYS WHAT I SHOULD DO WITH THOSE PEOPLE I AM NEW TO THIS SITE PROVIDE SOME INFORMATION.
              Regarding Compliant case study ID no :[protected] dt :01/11/20111 to day I dial to Customer care no [protected] -2 times but there is no proper service response as using system under 3/3/3 warranty .

                I wish to complain about HP-Maruthi Gas Agency, HSR Layout, Sector-7, Opp. Lawrence School, Bangalore.

                My consumer no. is 624960. I have booked a refill cylinder on 24th sep 2011. till today i have not received the cylinder. they tell all reasons. sometimes they told load problem, sometimes they told they had closed office for one week for some software installation, and latest when i called yesterday, they said me nowadays we will receive cylinder only after 22-24 days of the booking date.

                I have registered a complaint in HP website, but no use and the problem is not solved.

                My earlier reference no. was 11041030, wherein the issue was not solved, and i have lodged a complain again, wherein my reference no. is 11043891. these both reference numbers are given from HP website.

                Very desparate customer of HP.

                NOTHING IS GETTING SOLVED. DAY BY DAY PROBLEMS ARE INCREASING AND INCREASING, THERE IS NO USE OF COMPLAINING TO ANYBODY.

                WHOM SHOULD WE COMPLAIN AND WHAT IS THE USE OF COMPLAINING, WILL YOU PLEASE SOLVE THE ISSUE AND TAKE CARE THAT IN FUTURE THIS DOESNT REPEAT AGAIN FOR ANYBODY, PLEASE.......

                  I have been using hp printer 4355 for the last 2-3 years.It had been not working for the last 10-15 days.So i visited your service centre on 4th october 2011 in WEST DELHI addressed Nsquare technologies pvt. ltd. 206 Rajouri Palace,Rajouri Garden,New Delhi-110027.They asked me for my telephone number and promised me to be contacted within 24 hours and also provided me with 2 telephone nos. 25455526 and 65462030 in case of any delay but these have remained unanswered since the last 6 days as and when i have dialled on these.Sir I am a doctor by profession and it is not feasible for me to keep visiting your centre again and again due to shortage of spare time my the busy life.Hence I request you to look into the matter at the earliest and inform me as soon as possible on the underwritten contact details:

It is in warranty period since i am not satisfied with this product so i would like to exchange this product with a hp laser printer. Kindly take action regarding this as soon as possible..........

                        BG COMPUTERS GIVES TOO POOR SERVICE AT JALANDHAR.IT IS BLACK SPOT ON THE NAME OF HP.ABOVE NAMED PRINTER WAS HANDED OVER TO THE CENTRE.MR PRABHJOT (OWNER OF CENTRE) CHARGED 800/- ON BEHALF OF REPLACING SENSOR,BUT WHEN PRINTER DID NOT WORK PROPERLY,HE TOOK A WET CLOTH AND CLEANED THE PRINTER'S PART AT MY OFFICE.IT MEANS THERE WAS NO NEED TO CHANE THE SENSOR.HE ALSO TOOK THE RECEIPT WITH HIM BY TELLING ME ITS NECESSITY OF DEPOSITING AT THE CENTRE.NOW PRINTERS HAS A SAME PROBLEM WITH SUPPLY PROBLEM.HE IS NOT PAYING ATTENTION.I AM APPROACHING HIM SINCE LAST 20 DAYS.TELL ME THE WAY.                           i just want to say you that my lappy is giving hardware default .3 month ago its hinge got damaged due to manufacturing default.one month ago its speaker stopped working.again one speaker is not working now.i am not happy with hp laptop at all.laptop default disturb my all work as i am a engineering student and it is my major source of study and research.even my lappy is under warranty.i want that either check my lappy completely or change my lappy.i am not free to go to hp care center after some time.i want your immediate response otherwise i have to go to register complaint in consumer court.

                            Purchased HP desktop which is not operational since from purchase (almost 5 weeks). Engineer visited after several follow up and concluded to replace power supply unit after 15 days of complaint loging to HP support. Then even after so many mails and calls no responce and even nobody is answering the complaint status. At last received a quotation after 35 days and again with a delivery condition of one week after order. Desktop is under warranty so no question of buying the spares but again further no any responce from HP. Even surprised to see such kind of slow responce from the fortune 500 company like HP. If they are not able to supply the spares even after 5 to 6 weeks then why they are selling the systems in market. Till date system is down

                            This is worst experience in my life and recommand others to take a note of the same before buying any HP product.

                            I, K Raju bearing consumer number-6o5148 at Dashmesh Gas Service, Sion Mumbai (dealer code-132080). It's a regular that in spite of booking the cylinder is always not delivered late irrespective of many reminders. Today its 15 October 2008, I have been calling and booking since 10th September 2008, but it is yet to come.

                            Ihadpurchased the HP NOTEBOOK dv 9000, it was workin absolutely fine, but der was some problm with d hinges of the screen, when i had taken it to the service centre i got the information tat the whole LCD has to be replaced, but its almost 2MONTTHS passed i hav handedover my notebook to the service guy, but til now i hav got no good
                            responce from d service centre n the service guy, n not even the screen has been replaced

                            IS THIS THE SERVICE OF HP ????
                            I fully agree - HP in Turkey have offered the worst service as well - they need to take a good look at their customer service role - it's been 2 months since we handed our new 6 month old pc in for service and we're still waiting for the part to arrive!
                            the battery of my compaq presario cq40-425TU is in bad condition which is not getting charged. i complained it in HP service centre but they did not corrected it and deceived my by keeping it for 14 days to elapse my warranty period . i recommend all the people who want to buy laptops in the future that "never buy a compaq laptop". And i also want justice in this regard.
                            HP After Sales Service is too bad.
                            I suggest dont buy any HP Product,

                              I, Ajay Qazi purchased compaq laptop on 12810 invoice no 79 model no CQS0 60ITU SERIAL NO CND9430FQJ The said laptop developed following problems 1] cd is auto ejected when cd is inserted 2]date time year changes automatically 3] laptop hangs 4] display goes blank 5] auto off 6] left side of the mouse excess heating. when i went for servicing i was told to bring printed bill with stamp and sign. i did as i was told. i have a valid VAT bill now the service centre SIMTECH COMPUTRONICS [P] LTD is saying to bring bill from the distributor.Why should consumer bring distributor bill, if it so, why does the company sell products through dealers? at the time of purchase no such terms were mentioned. so i request you to resolve the matter as soon as possible other wise if any court matter arises you will be liable to bear the expenses.

                                i am a frustrated home user of your product (hp dv6 pavilion 3049tx serial no ina0291021b laptop pc) . i purchased it on 27.09.10 and till then often i have to submit it about 9-10 times in this short period .this easily proves the inferior quality of your product.
                                there are following complains that wants your concern.
                                there is inadequate documentation and information in respect of the terms and conditions of warranty and after sales issues . i have been severely verbally misguided by your technical support as one fine day miss shweta an employee at help-desk informed me about a total replacement of laptop product if a part being replaced more than 3 times . consequent to her advice i registered a case for complete replacement it was astonishing as later a guy from customer relation informed on phone that there is no such provision of complete replacement. this is highly disgusting and pitiful from your company to inform me after holding the laptop for roughly a fortnight .
                                i noticed a peculiar aberration in my laptop monitor that it shows dot-dot like noise(to be more precise a salt and pepper like noise) if it is tilted a little from the normal viewing angle . one of your service center took it as a problem but others are not able to understand what i am telling to them . when they was able to identify what i am telling to them then they told me that it is unique feature of HP is t possible that HP is providing an irritating feature . I've inquired for the documents proving the subject then they told me to inform me later whenever they will be able to find the proper answer.it has been 2-3 months and till now they didn't inform me anything.
                                it is pitiful to note that substandard parts have been provided during all the service complains attended so far by the service cent-re. you are competent to dig out the history of repaires done at the respective service centers . additionally i supplement here for you information that : Speakers replaced 4 times ,ac adapter has been replaced once and optical dvd drive has been replaced twice .
                                i purchased your product with a strong faith on your company in spite of the high price and inferior specification with contemporary products of other make.but from last 11 months i am regretting my own decision because there is no consumer satisfaction at any end no body has ever told me where to complain or where to go for proper resolution of my problems . i was thinking earlier that there may be a case that my piece is faulty or some manufacturing faults happened but it is sorry to say everybody in my knowledge having the same or the other model of your's having the same problem as me .
                                this not only bad for me as i am not getting a bit what i wanted after spending 53000 RS but it also bad for your companies reputation as through me around 30to 40 of your customers deviated towards other companies .
                                so this a kind request to solve my problems and provide me the proper solutions whether it is through right and healthy parts or complete replacement.

                                  I have purchased HP G42 477 TU on[protected], where as it was updated on[protected], 2ndly the charger given to me was not orignal, at the time of purchase dealer told me that the charger with labtop was demaged we will give u replaced charger after some time but the charger was not changed, The speed of the system was also slow i complaint it to the dealer a lot of times but no response was given, now the battery of the system was also not working, moreover i am facing some problem with the display also. I want to know if a customer has to face so much of problems then what is the need of purchasing Hp labtop , We have to purchase local labtops. Now i want that my labtop should be replaced rather then repair, Will u help me.

                                      I purchased hp pavilion dextop pc on may, 2009 and now i so annoyed with HP .
                                      It is showing blue screen msg's like 0x0000007E/24/3B etc.
                                      I'd done sevral time complaint in hp my case id is CA1125487
                                      Engineer came and visited my place for this issue and replace motherboard and ram that too in 3days (took lot of time) but still i am facing the same issue

                                      Now i so pissed with my HP pc. I think i took wrong decision to take hP pc.
                                      I called HP care for replacement of the whole pc with the new one they denied.

                                        SUB: OVERCHARGING BY HP DEALERS, DEFECTIVE LASER PRINTER, DETAILS ABOUT THE SERVICE PROVIDER ONLY WITH TOLL FREE NUMBERS, LOSS OF GOVERNMENT EXCHEQUER BY UNDER BILLING AND OVERCHARGING FROM CUSTOMERS.

                                        REGARDING UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES:

                                        That I purchased HP LJ M1005 MFP (LASER WITHOUT FAX ALL-IN-ONE PRINTER) CB376A from Secant Technologies (Prop. Litratim Mcro specilities Pvt. Ltd.), Aarti Chowk, Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana, Ph:[protected]Sales), 2424069 (Support) having serial No. CNG8C6X1KC for Rs 11,973/= Vide Retail Invoice No. RI/01411 dated 10/09/11, whereas the Maximum Retail Price of the product inclusive of all taxes is: Rs 11,349/= Before going to the showroom of the dealer, the customer made call to the Authorized person at [protected] and enquired the price of the said Printer. The said official told that the price of the Printer is Rs 11349 inclusive of all taxes.
                                        On reaching the showroom of the said dealer ( In company’s website it is declared HP-Reseller Locator Partner Details Secant Technologies, Opposite Arti Chowk Ferozepur Road, Ludihaian 141001 Punjab Tel:[protected], [protected] Fax:[protected]. The Sales officer told that the Price will be charged Rs 11349 plus 5.5%= Rs 11,973=00 and the Bill will be provided to you for Rs 11,349=00.
                                        I enquired the matter from all the dealers from Ludhiana and Jalandhar all the dealers are charging Rs 12,000 to Rs 14,000 in retail for the said product. Whereas the Maximum Retail Price on the carton is also printed as MRP Rs 11,349/=.
                                        I requested the concerned Sales official and the Authorised person whose contact number is shown on the website but all in vain. The concerned person took full amount of Rs 11,973=00 and provided the cash Memo for Rs 11,349=00.
                                        The reason of overcharging provided by the Dealer and the concerned official was that we have to pay more for the purchase of said product so we are selling the product on the premium.
                                        The modus operendi which the consumer extracted is that the Company has paid duties and other charges to the Government on the M.R.P. affixed on the packages and the more amount collected from the customers are being hotch-potched by the dealers and the company.
                                        When maximum Retail Sale price has been printed then in no case the product should be sold over and above the M.R.P.
                                        The company and the dealers are earning huge by defrauding the customers and the Government.
                                        The short point required to be decided in the present case is that the amount collected by the dealer over and above the maximum retail price affixed on the Printer packages should be enhanced properly and the loss to Government Exchequer should be stopped.
                                        The company should pay the Custom Duty/ Excise duty on the actual amount being charged from the customers and the retailer should also pay all the Government dues as per the amount charged from the customers.
                                        The said amount collected over and above to the maximum retail price is the income in the hands of the Seller and so the amount so charged is not being accounted for and the loss to Income tax department is also being made.
                                        The confirmation of the allegations can be made on the survey to dealers.
                                        The dealer is getting the signatures of the customer that the sale of the product is being made at under valued amount.
                                        Loss to Government exchequer is being made by under valuing the invoices whereas the dealer is charging more than maximum retail price from the customers.
                                        The dealer’s margin on the M.R.P. and the company’s transaction with the dealers are evident that the malpractices are being done with the connivance of the company to loot the customers and the Government as well.
                                        The under value invoices raised by the dealers show that the loss to Government exchequer is being made in crores all over India.
                                        The value of Custom Duty/ Excise duty is being paid to the department on Maximum Retail Price of the product. The modus operendi that the products are being sold over and above to the MRP to customers and ultimately the loss to the Government is being made in the tune of Excise Duty, VAT and Income Tax.
                                        Why the customer bought the amount over and above to the Maximum Retail Price. Because the said product is available in the market and from one to all the amount is being charged over and above to the MRP by all the dealers. SO THE CUSTOMER IS UNDER THE COMPULSION TO PURCHASE THE PRICE OVER AND ABOVE TO THE MAXIMUM RETAIL PRICE WHEN THE SAID PRODUCT IS NOT AVAILABLE IN THE MARKET AT THE RATE FIXED AS MRP.
                                        The explanation is that the goods are being sold at under value and the amount as Custom Duty/Excise duty is being hotch-potched by the company and making loss of crores of rupees to Government exchequer.
                                        The points kindly be considered and the Revenue loss to Government Exchequer kindly be curtailed for the development of nation.
                                        REGARDING DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE:

                                        1. The delaer don’t care about the Service to the customer. The packing of the product is being opened instantly and simple TEST PAGE is being printed by the Printer by the dealer without providing the knowledge of the functions of the Product though the amount has been overcharged.

                                        2. The printing matter of the Printer has problem in getting printing properly. As the matter printed, missed printing on so much area.

                                        3. The dealer simply provided the Customer Care Toll Free number. No details of the HP Customer Service Providers numbers have been provided.

                                        4. The HP Laser Jet M1005 MFP printer is very slow when we want to print. It takes almost two to three minutes to do copying before trying to print. Its really very bad because if the print job is big, it takes much time.

                                        Kindly look in to the matter and oblige.

                                        AFTER SALES SERVICES OF HP IN INDIA IS DECREASING LIKE ANYTHING. NO SERVICE EVEN IN WARRENTY PERIOD, WHAT TO SAY ABOUT AFTER WARRENTY... IT IS TERRIBLE.

                                        I have purchased a New Hp Printer Model No : Laser 1020 which is supported only
                                        2003, NT, XP O.S. My computer is dwalling butting system i.e. 98 & XP. It is seen that
                                        in your site the availability of 98 driver (The free software driver). I went to download
                                        the file. But during the installation the system shows that the driver is unable to install
                                        because it contents the 2003 & NT Driver.

                                        Why do you make such site where the appropriate destination is absent. Please
                                        see through this matter that will be helpful for your customer.

                                        So tell me where should I find such type of Driver Software.
