respected sir/maan,
i swati had launched complain in the first week of april,against the chrashed os backup or recovery disk of my system.
with the complain ID :[protected]. customer care people asked me to wait for 15 day days saying that i'l get the recovery dvd back. but after 15 days i didn't get proper response,they asked me to wait for the next 15days.saying we are sorry its not ready.i waited for another 15 days n called them.they gave me another NEW ID:[protected].again asked me to wait for another 15 day.again the same and i got the response what can we can do, its not under us.(THEN WHO IS RESPONSIBLE,WHOM SHOULD I ASK???)
now its 3rd month going for my complain being launched.but no response.sir/maam,could you please tell me to whom should i approach.i need original OS.the one which i got in my system as a backup ,itself was charshed,its not even a year passed for my system,there is no proper response from customer care.unhappy with the service,now i''l be changing my place,the address which i gave them to courier will get change now.so you give me the solution for that too.i'l be very thankful to you if you sort out my problem.please sir/maam look into this complain.and waiting for the reply.as soon as possible
