[Resolved] HP Pavilion DV6 6155TX — Hard Disk complaint of Laptop | |||
I have purchased an HP Pavilion DV 6 6155 TX Lap TOP from M/S CYBER PARK, Tripunithura, Ernakulam on 31/12/2011 vide Invoice No. 6641. On 22/7/2012, it was noticed that the Lap Top is not booting and as such I am unable to use it. Hence I handed over it to the Service Center, Meera Electronics Systems & Services, Tripunithurs on 24/8/2012 vide Service ID No. 10753. They informed me that the Hard Disk has to be replaced and will be returned to me within a week. On 4/8/2012, I came to the service center but I was informed that the complaint has not been rectified and assured me that the same shall be returned within a week. On 10/8/2012, I have contacted the Service Center over telephone and I have got the irresponsible reply that the hard disk has been sent to the Service Center and has not been returned back yet. But the most surprising thing is that the person responded to me has no idea about the date on which the hard disk has been sent. Again at 3 P.M on that day they have contacted me and enquired the "Paasword" .Hence I suspect that the hard disk is still in the Lap Top. Again on 18/8/2012, I have contacted the Service Center over telephone and I have got the same reply that the hard disk has not been replaced. It may be noted that more than 25 days has been elapsed since the Lap Top handed over to the service center. Since my son is doing his final year in B tech. and nowadays the Lap Top is inevitable for his study purpose. This sort of mischievous approach from the service center of your reputed organization will adversely affects your good will. Was this information helpful? | |||
