Dear sir/madam,
I am deepali gupta. I am very disappointed with your services. My laptop is under warranty and there is a problem regarding battery in my laptop. When i plugged in battery charger the message displays on screen saying (battery plugged in, not charging). I made a call on your hp phone support centre but my problem is not at all solved. so, please help me out.

Dear Sir,

I myself Puneet Kumar Verma had purchase a Laptop from THANE MH last year on 25 NOV 2005.

So my problem is that, my laptop is on the guarantee period of one year and some of the battery problem is there on my laptop...

HP — BATTERY PROBLEM

Dear Sir,I have a notebook and on the Icon of battery red cross shows and there is also a message that "Consider replacing Your battery" and the Back Up of my battery is less than 1 hour.
So please give me response as soon as possible.

HP — regarding battery

I have purshed mini HP laptop in Dec.2011 and from this december battery is not working properly, but now battery is not avialable anywhere even not on HP showrooms, so there is very poor performance of HP's delivery of batteries and online it is too costly...
