I have purchased Hp Pavillion dv 6000/6314 in the month of june 2008, now
last few days i am facing problem in my laptop today i caled customer care
regarding the same problem but they suggested me certain steps to follow
but when i followed same steps it showed me error and i faced the same
problem again then i caled customer care regarding the same .
Recently i was transferred from Jammu & kashmir to Dehradun and my
laptop's invoice & bill remained there & nobody is there at my home to
send me invoice and bill from there. last ten years i am using HP product
only but this is first time when i am facing problem and nobody is ready
to solve my problem.
Kindly suggest and advice what i have to do

i caled more than 50 times HP customer centre but still they are not solving my proble as well as sent my invoice through email : [protected]@hp.com & [protected]@hp.com.
