I am writing this email to present my dissatisfaction with the costumer service in Iran. I have bought a Hp Photsmart C4183 All-in-One. Recently, I needed to replace its catridge. I bought one from a HP center claiming to be the HP representative office. Unfortunately, the catridge was damaged and when I returned for the warranty, I found no one accountable for the warranty. Therefore, I lost my money. I do not know who is responsible for recomansation of the damage to me, but I want to say that Iran is full of HP products, but there is hardly ever customer service for its products. Thus, the reputation of HP products have been severly damaged.
I wish that someone in the HP company send me an email to receive the information about the HP representative office in tehran, Iran.
