Dear Madam/Sir, This is with regard to Case id: 4488883 [service Ticket #: [protected]] for my printer. The service person informed me that he found cockroach feces on scanner head and motor controller that caused the printer to malfunction. I am surprised to find that mere presence of feces is affecting the printer. I have several other electronic equipments, including laptops, TVs etc all placed near to printer and they never faced any issue. Also, before buying this hp printer I was using Samsung printer for five year without any issues. I replaced the Samsung printer since I was not able to get refills to the cartridge. If cockroach presence can cause issue to printer, then printers should be adapted to Indian conditions as have done by other companies. I expected hp printers to give better service than others, but I am hugely disappointed by this explanation. I hope you will be able to get my printer fixed at the earliest. Thank you.
