PRINTER PROBLEM

My hp photosmart premium C310 stop work print out ,paper sense and is within the warranty. (1 yr) I called HP 5 to 8 times before I could actually talk about the problem with someone and they give a no of REDINGTON OFFICE and there say that I have no solutions of your printer. so finally got tired of it and brought it...
