[Resolved]  Hp Series G62-363Tx 40Cm — Not getting Laptop Backpack

I had purchased a HP G Series laptop with model no. HP G62-363TX 40cm on 4th Nov. 2010 from

CROMA store,Malad but till now i have not yet received my backpack. My invoice number of the product is

[protected] and customer no. is 9099424. I have been told by the CROMA store that i will receive it within

a week or 10 days while purchasing it but till now they have called me twice in their store for backpack but

harassed me unnecessarily by not providing the backpack. Kindly take a strict against them so that they

provide me my HP backpack as soon as possible. Hope you do the needful.
