HSBC Bank Credit Card — Mounting Finance Charges

Hi,

I am unfortunately a HSBC Credit card customer. Some time ago, i had settled my account by paying amount of Rs.18, 273. HSBC didn't send me any settlement letter. More to my surprise they were still sending me statements. When i inquired with HSBC Customer care, they say that, i need to shell out an additional Rs. 6800, to settle the same. I'm confused. Should i settle the same. Based on my earlier experience, i feel i should not. Also, if they have reported this to CIBIL how should i rever the same.

I am Kapil Rathor i had done hsbc credit card settlement a year ago but still am getting call and come to know that recovery agent has given me fake settlement letter and still hsbc bank applying intrest rate though i told them the about this i dont have amount to pay what should i may get deceived again
