[Resolved] HSBC Bank Credit Card — Improper Credit Card Billing | |
Dear Sir, I hold a credit card with HSBC bank and was a good customer . They have billed me with repayment protection fee for continues 3 months( around 500 per month) . No en quires with call center they said that they will reverse it .But even after continuous followups they have not done and stater demanding to pay total bill what ever delay payment charges added later. Last month i have settled the amount with 1500/-( Actual charged amount, and bill reached to around 7000/-) . But when i applied to standard charted bank credit card they informed me that my credit history is not good. This is really unfair.Please suggest me for proper justice so that same should not happen with any credit card customer.
