[Resolved] HSBC Bank Credit Card — Unauthorized use of my credit card

Subject: Unauthorized use of my credit card on 13/03/2010 & 14/03/2010 through online mode.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is to reference to the subject, I Sachin Dwivedi using Hsbc Bank Credit Card from October 2009, but on 14/03/2010 I received the call from HSBC Bank “Risk Department” stating confirmation on online transaction done on 13/03/2010 & 14/03/2010 , I told them I have not used the credit card for any sort of online payment .The person told me that the transaction of Rs 40000/- (approx) have been done from your credit card, for some payment of ( Idea cellular & Oxycash), I refused the confirmation of payment & blocked the credit card on 14/03/2010.After that i have contacted HSBC Call Center number many a times but they told investigation is still going on.

I Have nearly tried to conatct the HSBC call center,every week for the investigation status but they told to contact me next week, next month & so on & so forth, they told me not to lodge police complain till investigation is going on.On 6th July, I Received the letter stating that, being a secured transaction i need to pay the amt & liable to pay interest too,because the my date of birth is being used while making the online transaction. I am not aware that who have done these online transaction from my credit card.

Kindly Check the matter on priority & revert on Urgent Basis.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is to reference to the subject, I Harish Soni using Hsbc Bank Credit Card from June 2009, but on 13/10/2010 I received the message from HSBC Bank “stating confirmation on online transaction done on 13/10/2010, I told them I have not used the credit card for any sort of online payment .Than I trace the merchant information & get the detail of that fraud person, From merchant the person told me that the transaction of Rs. 7080/- (approx) have been done from your credit card, for some payment of ( Samsung Corby), than I refused the confirmation of payment & blocked the credit card .After that i have contacted HSBC Call Center number many a times but they told investigation is still going on.

I have nearly contact to HSBC branch which is located in Law college road & submit the dispute form on 22nd Oct 2010. I am no more responsible for pay the due amount & his interest.
