[Resolved] HSBC Bank / Personal Loans — DISCREPANCY IN MY LOAN ACCOUNT AND SPOILING MY CREDIT HISTORY

I have taken a personal loan from HSBC bank last year my loan a/c no:is[protected]. after the first emi the ecs was not hitting my bank account and i use to get letters from hsbc to pay the outstanding with a penalty of Rs250, after a complain i came to know that they have entered my account no: wrong due to this the ecs was hitting some other account after repeted complaints to the coustomer care and complaining to nodal officer the mistake is not rectified till today . i have applied for two wheeler loan in other bank but it was rejected stating that i am a DEFAULTER in CIBIL today i have complain in RBI and asked for COMPENSATION of Rs30LACSfor spoiling my CREDIT HISTORY AND MENTAL HARRESSMENT. I have taken Personel Loan from Your Bank 3 yrs back I am Paying emi regularly, But I did'nt get any statement of my account. If possible Pls send Total Account Statement of My Personel Loan to My mail ID, Other wise Pls tell me the Process.Idon't have my a/c no pls send my a/c no also

I took a personal loan in Bangalore, now I relocated to Chennai, Now I want to close the Loan, I am sending continuously letters for closing my Loan Account. But they never replied for that. Simply they are deducting the EMI from my bank account. How to Contact them ? No way. If we are going for customer care numbers, there is no option for personal loan.

Ultimately they does't want to close any loans before all EMI over.

WHAT TO DO ? GREAT BANK IS : HSBC - NO SERVICE

i have took loan from HSBC. every month they have deducted thru ECS.final two EMI's were not deducted.i am having money in my account.But they have not deducted.finally my name went in defaulter.finally i paid by calling their executives.now what i have to do to remove my name in the defaulter.due to their prob i am facign lot of issues.

HSBC is a useless bank. I too took a personal loan from them. I want to close it. Their phone banking has no personal loan option, no customer care email for personal loan greivances seems to be available in their website. Avoid this bank.

I am also trying to contact personal loan customer care centre. Its use less thing. there is no option for personal loan section. If any have please let me know.
I sincerely advice to every one that dont make any contacts with this HSBC bank. Number one waste bank.

I have inform you that Mr. Ashok Das his Fathers name is Late Atul Krishna Das and his wife name-Mrs. Jharna Das residing at 301/C (301/2), Dr. M. N. Saha Road, Ambagan, Dum Dum Kolkata - 700 074, he has taken personal loan from HDFC, ICICI, HSBC, SBI, Fulertone Finance etc. banks 2 years ago but not yet to paid any EMI till date.

Now he is trying to sale his property and going to outside of kolkata. He has planning for cheating. Please justify and take to legal action immediately.

I am his neighbour. All neighbours to know as he is a cheater, anybody did not like him.

My personal Loan Account[protected] which was pre closed on 23rd sep 2009 I paid cash for
final settlement rs 155/- and got a Confirmation letter from the bank twds loan cancelled received
letter on dt 29th september 2009

Now i have been didcted RS 221/- through ecs kindly sort out this
