I once again repeat for the sake of clarity that I have availed your loan offer for INR 800000 in 12 installments of INR 7120 ( This includes interest component of INR 5440. First of all I had never Applied for a Platinum card , my gold card was upgraded to platinum card & at the time of conversion I was told that EMI’s of loan amount will be converted to the Platinum card . Any now , I am once again advising you to look into the grivances raised by me & if you are not in frame of mind to understand PLEASE consult you superiors for advise . To summarise I put forward the following brief for sorting out the issues at your end :- 1) Please note out standing amount on INR80000 loan works out to INR 64080 after adjustment of 3 instalments paid by the undersigned by due dates .This has been agreed by You & I have recd a statement of account of My previous Gold Card showing Total loan outstanding as INR 64080.I fail to understand as to how an amount of INR79262.19 has been shown as Outstanding Debit in my Platinum Card Statement . You need to check & confirm the above to the under signed immediately. 2) Therefore , I am supposed to pay 4th EMI of INR 7120 by 2nd February , which I agree to pay and Thereafter remaining 8 instalments on monthly basis-this is what was agreed while accepting this loan of INR80000. 3) In addition to 4th EMI of INR7120 , I am required to pay INR15161.92 towards puchases after adjustment of INR117.06CR .
