HSBC — wrong bill

my name is sabitha.t.m. and my credit card number is [protected]. now my card is in the cancelled status. i already sent so many mails to the customer care executive of hsbc and also i called them several times. but now onwards my complaint is not rectified.
i have paid all the amount dues that i used through hsbc credit card. i didn't tell any consent to the tata aig for there insurance.

BUT now onward they sent me the bill. i got the last bill today amounted 6630/-

if it comes in the CIBIL site, it will afect my future, without my fault.

kindly do the needful.

hope you will rectify my issues and reimburse the amount and if my name is in the cibil site, kindly request you to remove it from the site,
