I registered for Do Not Call services during March - April - 08 since I was bombarded with sales calls from vendors trying to sell something. Post enrollment and after about a month and half the # of sales calls reduced...However, HSBC phone banking won't stop calling me...Even after I asked them to stop calling me, they will keep calling...and today an agent from HSBC told me that DND facility doesn't matter as a customer (I have a credit card with them) I will get calls and I can't do anything about it...The call came from Mumbai and the number is [protected].
Also, when I write to HSBC they rarely reply to emails...Is there any action I can take against these guys? Was this information helpful? |
