I got an sms from HSBC that my credit card reference num. is 200731002019 I am unable to get the status of my credit card till date. It was already 15 days I have applied for it.
Pls do the needful

Dear sir,
I apllied for a creditcard , i submitted all the proofs . i got confirmation calls from ur bank. i received a SMS from HSBC on 20-11-2007,
Details of SMS:
HSBC Alert: Thanks for applyinf for HSBC creditcard. Your ref num is 200731991790.visit www.hsbsc.co.in or call contact center and press 411 to track the status.
I called 23358787 two three times but i cant get any details about my creditcard status and also i checked in ur site for the ststus but i cant find any information about that.
Please rectify that.

I applied for HSBC credit card and i got a sms from them .The message contains some ref number with confirmation. but i did not get any card from them.i applied for that card before 45days.
I dont know what is the status of my application.HSBCs customer care is waste............................................................and useless and even bank also.......................

i got msg from HSBC credit card on 28th december regarding my reference number, later on i didnt get any details or mail from them, its already 1 1/2 month i have applied for the card. i tried calling to them number of times, also tried to check out in website but the link doesnot work .....why u people are playing such fraudulent games and giving such a mental torture......
if someone here knows how to close credit card closure without receiving it in the first place.....v dont want your poor service!!!! thank you

Hi,
I have submitted application for HSBC GOLD CREDIT CARD. I submitted all necessary documents. But the sales staff is not sensible enough to read documents carefully. They called me 20 times to know my landline number.I asked them i alreayd told several times. I asked them How long you will keep doing verfication? Either you give me credit card or return my documents. I have not got any communication from thier side. Please send back my documents bcoz it can be used for fraudulent activities.
