Credit Card — My name is under CIBIL

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had a HSBC credit Card No - [protected] in the name of Ranjan Pradhan. on my 1st Statement there was a charges towards TATA AIG insurnace, which was not approved by me to take such insurance & I have also received the same Insurnace certificate in which my nominee was Shree Vidhya to which I have never known in my life. Then I had talked with customer care of HSBC to reverse the same amount which was charged to my credit card Account. after 2/3 days such card had lost. Than I have blocked such card through Customer care & then cancelled such card with Add on Card through Letter on 12th February 2008 ( I have the acknoweledgement for cancellation of such card ). After that I have been receiving calls from HSBC Customer care 4/5 times in a month & always I have to understand the same cancellation story to all of them. Now I have applied for a personal Loan, my loan was approved, but cancelled due to overdue of such credit card payment ( I have never use such card before cancellation ). Now My name is under CBIL. I am totally shocked after hearing such meassege from Bank. I have another 2 cards from ICICI Bank & CITI Bank Credit Card Also. I have never fall in defaulter. In current situation money is very importanct for me. I am totally harrsed when I hear from my Banker who has known me individually. Its unbearable for me. No one bank are interested to help me.

HSBC Credit Card 4476929999343236 — CANCELLED BUT STILL GETTING STILL STATEMENT

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that I have cancelled the HSBC Credit Card and ADD on Card in the Year 2003.
It is confirmed in Bangalore Call Centre that Card got cancelled.
But after two years later Bank started sending the statement saying that there is due in your said credit card.

But I have been telling that it is cancelled. some how bank got my mobile no. anf calling saying that
you pay Rs.1000/- and we canclel the card. Even after paying the amount as final setttlement still somebody from Bank side calling and disturbing.
Please help me.

Dear Sir,
I was having HSBC Credit card no.[protected] and settled my account on 26.Feb 2009 through cheque for the amount 18700/- after consulting with Customercare and as per their advise to close the account.After that i shifted to abroad for job assignments.I transferred to my phone to my friend .After 6 months my friend is getting call that some amount is pending .I haven't done any payments after this settlement.At present i am working abroad and kindly explain what happened wrong with you.If you call your people to that no([protected]) and harassing them asking about me.I am not responsible for any consequencies happen due to harrassment.I am fully confident that after discussing with customercare only i done the payment.Please let me know.

why the HSBC bank even though there is no due from me and I have not purchased anything against the card, not updated there record. There is no meaning that they are global local Bank

HSBC/Credit Card — Unnecessary Charges

Dear Sir/Madam
I was using hsbc credit card no. [protected], this card is already expired last month. now i recieved sms on mobile for amount diposit rs. 1158/- when i checked this with customer care they told me this is annual & renewal charges of card. but i didnt confirm & receved for renewal of card. At the making time of this card they told me this is life time free card. so please I need help of you.

HSBC Credit Card 4384xxxxxxxxxxx — Settlement and getting NOC from HSBC for this card

1) At first instance there is a miscommunication between me and HSBC bank.

2) When I made a complaint from my side HSBC neglected to make adjustments in my credit card bill

3) When I have received 3rd bill for this transaction they have added all misllaneous amounts and it came to 134000/- approximately. by including all late payment fees and itetrest charges.

4) By the 4th month they have kept my name in CIBIL in defaulters list.

5) Because of this I got angry and When I have approached for the settlement of my card and they are telling that I have to pay full amount whatever they say.

6) HSBC is telling like they will give NOC only on receiving full payment.

So I request you please give me the suitable solution in my case.

ETC.I AM NOT ABLE TO PAY THESE CHARGES ALWAYS I PAID ALL PAYMENTS BEFORE DUE DATE.

I KNOW THAT UR SERVECES ALLWAYS GOOD IT HAPNING WITH ME FIRST TIME.SO CLEAR IT WHERE IS PROBLEM.AND SOLVE MY CASE.I CALL TO UR CUSTOMER CARE EXCUTIVE THEY ARE REDUCED ONLY RS1600/- BUT I AM NOT SATISFY THIS AMOUNT. i applied for hsbc spencer credit card at your lucknow office one month back at the repeated call of your person and receaved a cd also as gift.now they are saying that my card is declined due to lack of address verification, although i am living at the same official residence which i have given in the application.i am also holding icici bank titanium credit card.my credit card application be correctly processed at the earliest.i am afraid that somebody may not misuse my data and signature in application form.i wonder its the way of hsbc!

HSBC Credit Card Complaint — Regarding Payment

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is regarding a payment made to HSBC bank for my Credit Card No: [protected].
I have purchased an item through HSBC Credit card date 15-1-09 Rs.5900/-from Gurgaon.
I have deposited a cheque (AXIS BANK, Cheque no. 026434 from the branch of Rajender Nagar Delhi) with the amount of Rs.5900/- dated 2-Mar-09.

As per your executive the payment has been received on 12-Mar-09 even I had deposited the cheque on 2nd Mar 09 which is sufficient time for clearance.

Last HSBC Credit card statement has received on 25th Nov 09 for the period of 14-Oct-09 to 13-Nov-09 which is showing the total opening balance Rs.6684.24. In this statement not showing any particular details which I can understand the Amount of Rs.6684.24.

I have received number of calls from HSBC bank and they force me to deposit such outstanding amount which I have already paid by cheque .

I have made n numbers of call to customer care but still I haven’t got proper reply.
They told me its interest or late payment fee or something penalty.

So it’s my humble request to you, please short out this issue as priority level.

HSBC Bank has charged Annual fees for my credit card, and now not ready to reverse the charges. During application for the credit card, their executive informed that the card is free for lifetime, I am using the card since last 4 years without paying the annual fees. HSBC Credit Card — annual charges

i am holding the HSBC Gold credit card for the last two years. at the time of issuing the card they have promised that it a lifetime free card and no charges will be applied to me as annual charges.

for the first two years they did not apply any annual charges. but after completing the second year they are demanding me rs 700 as annual fee for the primary card and 300 rs on the addon card apart from the service tax.

now they are saying that it is not a lifetime free card and when i asked them why they did not apply the annual charge in the first two years. they are not replying me for the query.

I need your help in settling the issue as i don't want to pay any annual charges to HSBC.as i am finding as i am cheated.

HSBC Credit Card — Non Giving of Cash Back Offer

I had usedmy HSBC card as per there scheme of Cash Back on doing transaction with make mytrip.com, but wheni receive my statement of account, i hadnot been credited for cash back, and one time bank says youonce deposit the full amount you will than be credited back , i also deposited the full , now more than a year has been passed away, bank is making the execuses only and made my balance debit of Rs. 8000/- appx instead there should be credit balance of Rs. 5000/- plus interest of mine, since long period of year has been expired, no positive response is given by the bank
