HSBC Credit Card — FALSE TRXN

Dear Sir/Madam,
For your kind request to you I have a HSBC credit card no. – [protected] in the name of Awdhesh Kumar Verma.
In this credit card in the month of Jan, 2009 when I received the statement I saw the trxn of Rs 600.00 for the name of GREEN PEACE INDIA SOCIETY BANGLORE & Rs 38000.00 for the name of JUGAL KIRANA STORES.
Above both trxn is not done by me. So I call the call center and told this matter. So she/he told me within 45 working days it’s solved and don’t take any tension.
But with in some days I received our next bill and sew a next trxn which is Rs.25000.00 in date of 14 Feb, 2009.
So currently I call to call center and told this matter and ask “WHEN I TOLD YOU IN THE MONTH OF JAN SOME FALSE TRXN DONE ON MY CREDIT CARD. SO WHY YOU ACTIVE MY CREDIT CARD.”
But nobody give me any satisfactory answer. And told me we are looking this query and solved your query as soon as possible.
On April, 2009 he CHARGES back Rs 600.00 ONLY when I CALL she/he told me as you see the rs. 600.00 is back as your other amount is back as soon as back.
in jun 2009 i sew the rs 600.00 is charge back AGAIN??? i don’t know.
then again i call center for this matter but nobody give me any satisfactory answer.
but till date nill amount is back and currently in march 2010 two people is call me for deposit all amount Other wise we look you.
So please look this matter and do some very need full as soon as possible.

HSBC Classic Credit Card — Service fee on Credit Card

Hello,

HSBC issues me a credit card without my permission or my consent in 2006-07 and they also renewed that card in 2009 again without my consent and now they are asking me for Service charges of Rs. 1000.

I am really pissed off and want to know the procedure to take them to consumer court at any cost.

HSBC — Imposing lot Of Late fee

I am a resident of Pune and I was a credit card holder of HSBC Gold visa card. I made a request to Close my Credit card account via Phone to Call Centre Executive in Nov’08, the executive told me that you have to pay some Rs 790.00 to settle the account. And I paid the amount, but the at the same time HSBC has stopped my Online Account of Credit Card so I was unable to Check the status and they put some late fees charges and they start deducting the minimum amount from my HSBC Saving Bank Account. When the Amount is finished from in the Bank then they start calling to My Home Address for the amount Due on my card. Now the Amount reached to around 10000.00 and they also put the Credit Card Yearly Charges when I call to HSBC customer Care they told me that I have to pay that amount to setllel my Account and saying that they have referred me to the nonpayment or defaulters list due to non payment of my credit card amount and legal action will be taken by the bank. I dont know what action should i take upon this bank.

Hi..

My name is Manesh Raina. Before two years, in 2007, my HSBC credit card got expired and during that time I had to go to China for my job. After some time in Mar 2008, I got a call from HSBC Credit Card department that there is an outstanding due on my credit card amounting to 50,000 INR. I told them that I never got the card but they insisted on it. They started harassing my parents, and I finally paid the money and cleared my dues with the bank in May 2009.

But now the problem is that I am trying to get a new credit card and it was rejected. The reason was that my name is in the CIBIL defaulter list. After so much time they have not removed my name from the defaulter list even though I had paid the money for the card which I never got from the bank. I called the HSBC customer care and they gave me one number[protected] and told me to talk to them. After repeated calls no one picks up the call there and I think it is just a fake number given by HSBC customer care people.

Now I just want to know what should I do in order to make my name removed from CIBIL defaulter list even though I had paid the money.

HSBC Credit Card — harrasment by the bank

I am mailing you this letter after getting so many threatening calls & torturing remarks from your reputed bank. The bank of your reputation doing such things which is giving me everyday frustration & harassment.

I made very first purchase of Rs.2759/- from my HSBC card on 24/12/2007 from Sahil Creation ,Vikaspuri ,New Delhi ,after that following things started happening with me.

Payment was due on 26th Jan.2008 but did not receive any statement but still I deposited a cheque no.435565 (syndicate bank) on time at HSBC ATM at PVR Vikaspuri, New Delhi-18. The cheque was lost in between transaction by HSBC side and I received a call from Mumbai (as told to me) about due payment .I gave all my cheque details to that executive and he very nicely told me to deposit another cheque of same amount and he remove all late payment charges etc. etc.and also assured me that bank will return my cheque if they find it. After the regular assurance I deposited another cheque no. 435567 of same bank which was cleared on 15/02/2008 from my account.


In the statement of 05 Feb to 04 Mar.2008 was showing all details that executive had told me and also showing due payment of Rs. 10/-(ten only) (this was my insurance premium which I accepted for two months scheme of Rs.10/-{ten only}/mth with the condition to send full details in writing) but shocked to see that my lost cheque no.435565 was also produced to my bank without any information on 27/02/2008 and which was rejected by my bank.(Cheque return charges deducted from my account).your bank has also levied different charges on me for that. .still I paid my premium of Rs. 10/- vide cheque no.435574 payable at Syndicate bank Delhi and cheque was cleared on 29/03/2008.

After all this I called customer service to stop all transactions but gone in vain. On 17/04/2008 I have sent an Email for the same but instead suggestions were made to me rather solving my problem.
customer care has given me lots of numbers to talk that are 2379696, 23738989,[protected], 2517601/02 (Mr.Gourav Girdhar name given by the executive never picked the phone). I already had wasted lot of money, time, and peace of mind for that.

Now bank is like a bad dream for me as your recovery agents are so manner less that they do not know how to talk and they use to call at my office. I have all the recordings of their calls with telephone numbers & date /time of the calls. I have very good reputation with other banks and your amount is not so big for me but


FOLLOWING ARE MY QUESTIONS


1. When the payment was not due why the bank has produced lost cheque for the clearance?
2. If payment of Rs.10/-was due (as said by the bank) how can I pay Rs.2759 for just Rs.10/-due payment?
3. If I was defaulter why the payment was made for insurance?
4. If I am defaulter how can I issue another cheque on just word of mouth ?
5. How bank can pay my insurance without my consent signature?
6. Why the bank has not sent consent form?
7. How can I accept a insurance without seeing its terms and conditions?
8. Who is going to pay for my lost reputation with my bank?
9. Who is going to pay Cheque return charges put on me by my bank?

HSBC Credit Card — harrasment by hsbc creditcard lawyers

Hi my brother was using a HSBC credit card having limit of 15000, he has used around from 2007 - april 2009, till that time, all the payments are paid on time. But on June 2009, he lost his job due to recession, & he got job in Jan 2010. so due to that he was unable to do payment. Now two days back he received a call from police (SI) from Delhi called up and said warrant will be issued against me in Delhi police station and also he gave advocate’s mobile number and suggested to settle down the problems with advocate so that they can withdraw the case against me. When I contacted that lady advocate she told me to deposit 30000 within 1 hour so that she can withdraw the case against me, I was taken aback and it was greatest shock in my life.
I am really worried and don’t know what to do … she is in fact harassing and threatening me .. Please advise….

I had closed my credit card on Feb,I had finished my loan amount previous month, I am not used u r credit card after 17 the feb 2010.So i cannot pay the annual card fee and Additional card fee,Now i received the new statment for purchasing out standing amount RS 1675.14.This amount is the anual card and additional card fee.I am not using u r card ,why I pay the amount. SO kindly way of the amount and closed all dealings.

HSBC Credit Card — CIBIL issue

Dear Sir,

I had been using a HSBC credit card #[protected]. Unfortunately due to my father's health problem followed by his sudden demise and change in my location, there was an outstanding in the card account when it was closed. But later I had contacted the bank and as per their instruction I had cleared the asked amount. Then they had confirmed me that, there is no outstanding against the card. During this transaction, my CIBIL record was updated with a negative profile. But even after settling the account, the bank didnt correct it in CIBIL and now when I asked the bank to do the necessary correction, they are saying that they cant do this. Pls help me in correcting my cibil record.

HSBC Credit Card — Not cancelled my card

My Name is D L Sanyasa Rao. I took the card in Hyderabad. After that i came to bangalore , from here only i'm paying the dues to my card. When i lost my card i updated my contact details with the bank. I asked how much amount i need to pay to the bank to cancel my card, I paid the total amount told by them. Now after 3 years i came to know they put me as defaulter in CIBIl without intimating me. I complained in the bank and there they suggested me escalate you issue by writing the mail to nodal officer of HSBC. From that time onwards i'm communicating them through mail. When i started communicating them they told me you have to pay 74,000+ to get the no due letter and day before yesterday again they added the charges and they started telling you have to pay 80,000+ now. There is no mistake from my side i've the proofs with me, but they put my name as defaulter in CIBIL.

Please help me. I'll submit all the proofs i've.

HSBC Credit Card — Customer no is not updated, wrong person is contacted for credit card due.

I am using my mobile no for the past 2 yrs. I get calls from HSBC for credit card due payment. A lady telling herself from Bangalore is calling me continue. I don't have any account or credit card in HSBC bank. What should be done to stop this? I get frequent calls and messages from HSBC. These banks don't update their contact information of their customer. This is really very irritating to me.

Please take serious steps or advise me that what can be done from my side to stop such calls.

I have paid the final dues as told by the bank and before payment i canceled the card, but till may 2010 they keep sending me the outstanding statements and submit wrong report to the CIBIL.

HSBC Credit Card — regarding credit card charges

HSBC — Not redirecting to Representative

Hi,

Today (12/7/2010) I called HSBC Credit Card phone banking 4 times (20 mins). The Voice Reponse gave many options. In that there is one option 0 (Zero) to talk to Service Advisor. If I will select that, its not at all connecting to Service Advisor. In that also there is only recorded voice.

If it is like this, they why Phone Banking option. They can close it. Every time, I am loosing min Rs. 5 just for hearing those stupid voice recording. Please do the needful.

Dear Sir,

I am Munish Awasthi I was using HSBC Gold Credit Credit Card No [protected]. I got the card when one executive visit at my office UTV News Noida and he offered me to avail the credit card without any ANNUAL FEES. The Card was issue on March 2008 and after one year they imposed ANNUAL FEES of Rs 700 and sum other charges also but i called up HSBC customer support for reversal of Annual Fees at that time i told them please block the card i dont require it now because i am no more intrested. I got mails of statement regarding the payment after called so many times they didnt help me out. Now suddenly im getting harassment calls from HSBC regarding the outstanding. They imposed heavy interest on me and the from Rs 700 they made the outstanding of Rs 10980
