HSBC Credit Card Department — Tata Aig Life Policy | |
I have a Credit Card account in HSBC Bank wide credit card number: [protected] in the name of Ashok Kumar Sharma. In the month of March I received a credit card statement and there was some 3356/- Tata AIG Insurance charges was debited in my account after that I call to HSBC customer care number and asked about my complaint for reversal of Tata Aig policy amount which was debited from my credit card without any confirmation from my side from that day i called soo many time to customer care and every time they asked me that we are pursue your matter from our side and we will reverse your amount in next statement. on 29.05.2009 i again call to customer care and they asked me that he will arange a call from Tata Aig directly to my mobile on next day but from that day i again not received any call from Tata Aig. I again call to customer care on 08.06.2009 and they asked me please call to Tata Aig directly and give me a number[protected]customer care Tata Aig life insurance). I dialed on that number but the operator said that that number was wrong please dial valid number. I find out a number from internet[protected]. I talk on that number with Ms. Neeru and she asked me that the Tata Aig not give me reversal she also give me a request number S[protected] on 8/6/2009.
