Hello,

Beaware when you are applying a loan on HSBC OR Transferring your existing HomeLoan.

I have applied for home loan transfer of my existing loan from ICICI bank to HSBC, his representative (Ashish Nayak) from Bandra Branch visited to my place and collected the documents and started will all the basic formalities. Initially i was asked to pay around Rs 5500/- as service charge for loan transfer & franking charges will be waived off and the agent committed that their will be no other charges apart from above in written through mail from banks email ID. After collecting the documents the agent was suddenly disappeared and his cellphone was switched off the no one was answering the extension mentioned in the email. Somehow after 15 day I got hold of another person(R PONVANITA) working in the same department she told me that that Ashish Nayak has left and he is no more with HSBC further she will process my loan. Now the bank is charging more Rs 5500/- as service charge + franking charge also. She told that bank is not responsible for the commitment of previous person and if i will not process the loan then the previous charges will not be refunded.

I have your bank card no. is [protected] i take BT.20 th Oct[protected]/-i have already emi loan running when your officer call me for bt your officer not cleare me i pay any amount firtst he go in bt then other payment i pay every month more then 5% of bt amount he charges me interest every month on emi loan how can possiable i pay all bt money in single month if i capeble all money i cant take bt this is not fair your bank charge me 700/- in month oct as a annuel fee my card is life time free i talk many time your custmor care officer . manager and all officer please reverse my all finance charge otherwise i go for my next stap st BANKING LOKPAL . this is my last mail to u i go for next .

loan — Charge

Hi,

My name is Imran Ali and my loan A/C no # LC[protected]
I availed Loan of amount Rs.40,000
I have given every possible docs and ECS cheque of ICICI bank. I have been told that EMI of Rs.3880 will be decuted every month begining from Oct on every 3rd of month.
For whatever reason, i noticed that the ECS was not decuted from my A/C though having sufficient balance. Later, i got a call from barclays to deposit cash as the emi of Rs.3880, and they even didn't know why the ECS was not cleared.
The more frustrating part is later on 12th Oct ICICI bank imposedme a fine of Rs.275 saying ECS return charge. ICICI told that the cheque was submitted on 12th Oct and i did not have sufficient bal.
The question here is WHY the ECS was not decuted, and when upon asking from you guys to pay cash, then why the cheque was submitted delyaed when i already paid the cash?
This is fault of you guys and if i don't come to know what has been the reason, i am going to file a case in Consumer Court against BARCLAYS.

Home Loan — Charges

Iam Exciting Home Loan Custmer from icici bank Last five years , Bank provide the facility to custmer for redusing rate of interest but till today iam not received any letter for this purpose
I depositing Emi amount monthly in my home loan account but bank debited in my account every month returning charges i do not like that bank emi of home loan debited in my saving account. Iam pay every month cash in my loan account

So Please remove all charges from my home Loan account
