HSBC Personal Loan — Harracement

Hi

This is nagalakshmi, am holding HSBC personal loan since 2years. And till now i didnt skip payment for anymonth. Iam doing payment regularly and this month i suppose to make the payment by 10th, but as am pregnant for hospital adjustments am unable to adjust money on time, so i've told them that i will make the payment by 23rd of this month, but because of my health reasons i, ve submitted in hospital and i could not make the payment. When i've received a call from them i said same and i said i will make the payment by next sat'day. Because iam working, i cant make it in week days. But the lady who is calling from HSBC is talking very very rash.
She is using third call language and shouting at me like anything. Because of this I got low BP and i had again health problems. She is not at all listening and understanding. She is talking very very very bad which is hurting me like anything. Still am sayilng i will make the payment by 30 of this month. As i dont have mobile, she is calling on my ofc number and disturbing my ofc work. So i asked her to call in the evening at 4'o clock time, at that tme i will be free. But she is not listening and shouting at my ofc security guard and shouting at him very rudely. So i've given my brother's mobile number, even with him also she is talking like anything. She is using the words"SHUTUP, RAKSEL..."
But that is not the way to deal with the customers. when i tried to contact HSBC regarding this no one is responding properly.
That executive name is "NITYA"

Please take immediate action and do the needfull.
