[Resolved] HSBC / Savings Account Powervantage — No Cash Dispensed HSBC Card - BOB Cash Machine | |
I attempted to withdraw 11k from my hsbc power vantage account on 17april around 00:14 hrs using a Bank of Baroda ATM located at the bowenpally branch near sikh village. The ATM came up with an error message stating that "Sorry we are unable to process this transaction at this time". Assuming that there is a fault with the machine I tried using different machines however I was unable to do so as the ATM's stated that i had exceeded my daily cash withdrwal limit. I checked my internet banking and found out that the 11k actually debited my account however i did not recieve any cash and I do not have a reciept as i chose not to recieve one while withdrawing the money. I am not confident that either banks will be helpfull in getting my money back asap. The problem is that I am supposed to travel to nepal in a few hours and I do not have ample money on me at all.
