It is the duty of the BSNL to maintain its transparency in its business, by providing user friendly access in to the broadband usage in this site "http://selfcare.edc.bsnl.co.in" through all types of browsing system like Mozilla Firefox, Internet explorer etc. I saying Because through Mozilla Firefox the "http://selfcare.edc.bsnl.co.in" is not opening.....

I am unable to log in selfcar.edc.bsnl.co.in but thorugh google.com the page is opened and I had filled all the instruction shown on screen but sorry to say that I can't registered . A coment was appear that is your user id or e mail is wrong though I am putting my correct e .ail is or customer id. why?
