I had booked flat in Ackruti (Hubtown) Country Wood in Pune. These guys are just sending the letters of extension of possession dates. Some of the customers are receiving letters of extension dates from last two (02) years and these guys are least bothered. They had invested all the amount taken from the customers of Pune and invested into the Mumbai market. This is the Pune's first residential project by Ackruti Pvt. Ltd. and they had created / gained such a bad mouth publicity in Pune that they won't be able to get the success in other residential project in Pune
