i own a plot in HUDA sector 4, Rewari, i have built a house in this plot in 2005, ground floor onl. since then i am leaving in this house. now i want to build a two more floors ie 1st and 2nd floor on this house. i got the drawing made from HUDA approved architects and went to submit it for approval from HUDA. just now the have introduced a new rule that even small residential houses shall submit a structural drawing, this structural drawing is to be made b approved engineers and the are charging a hefty amount of about 20, 000 rupees for this small plot.
needed a help from higher authorities to look into the matter and solve our problem, as my house is already built with ground floor, now what is the use of structural drawing.
