I am very much sure that the above commentor is from humsafar matrimonial employee or may be branch owner !!! otherwise why would he be commenting/justifying for Humsafar Matrimonial, even there is no complaint till now(1st is mine ...)
I would like to inform to everyone that humsafar matrimonial does not provide a good service rather worst ...they can never ever provide good services...Please dont expect good services from their side... I am a consumer not a promoter like above commenter... (same on you...lier...)they dont have their customre care centers...they dont have more than 3-4 employees in a office...even branch manager himself working to sort out the profiles...they do not understand Hindi even(Chhattisgar branch-Bilaspur, Bhiali which are Headquarter of Humsafar...Ha ha ha ...) they speak like a illiterate person...(just try to speak with them soon you will realize that you are speaking with non professional(Jahil) & also realize that u have lost your money.
I am registered member & ragularly requesting to send me matched profile...but as usual have not got any response from their side(I have paid so they dont care about me) ...called them again...the person to whom I had spoken... replied...Sir, sorry hum bhool gaye...(gr8..answer...)...& promised that he would send me matched profiles by email...but till now that day has not come(and will not come...)
So be careful guys...dont pay them...even no need to visit Humsafar...I am sure u'll not get anything...
